This was an important movie <3
This movie was fuckin savage about its themes of racism and intolerance. Most movies and books and etc just dance around it, but Zootopia was just in your face with unambiguous prejudice.
It’s why this movie matters right now…I want children to be able to see a story that shows 100% that prejudice and discrimination and bigotry are wrong…maybe they won’t be old enough to understand real-life bigotry as a thing yet but if they see a movie where intolerance of any kind is shown as an awful, terrible thing then hopefully they are going to grow up seeing that real life bigotry is terrible as well
